If a booking alteration or cancellation is made within 28 days of your arrival the deposit is forfeited in full. No deposit refund. A cancellation fee of $20 applies in every instance. Your booking is for a set time and, once confirmed, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. Please check your holiday dates carefully. Cancellations must be made in writing.

Accommodation & Site Requests

We make every effort to fulfill guest's requests. However at times we are unable to fulfill those requests. It is very unfair of some guests to become aggressive towards our staff and cause a scene in our reception when we are not able to fulfill a request. At times a guest that is already staying with us may wish to extend their stay or maintenance may need to be carried out on accommodation or sites.

Minimum Booking Periods

Minimum booking periods apply in Peak Seasons and long weekends. There is a 7 night minimum booking for the Christmas/New Year period; 4 nights minimum for Easter and 3 nights minimum for all long weekends.

Arrival and Departure Times

Guest check in is from 2pm onwards and check out is by 10am.

10pm Quiet Time

We have a strict 10pm quiet time policy to ensure all of our guests get a good night's rest. This includes social gatherings, radios and televisions. Our peaceful National Park setting means that noise travels easily at night time. We understand that you come on holiday to have a great time. If you think this policy may conflict with your holiday style then we ask you to consider staying at a different holiday venue more suitable to your holiday needs.

Boats

We have a great boat storage area next to the office. If you plan on bringing your boat then please consult staff first. Most sites have space for one vehicle only (car or boat). We value our bushland, it’s what makes Coalmine Beach Holiday Park special so we insist all visitors store their boats in the designated boat storage area.

Bicycles

For the safety of all our guests we ask that all bicycles be ridden at walking pace through the park and not be ridden around the ablution blocks or after dark. Helmets MUST be worn.

Campfires

Campfires are a wonderful feature of our Holiday Park. In compliance with the Bushfires Act and Shire regulations NO fires will be permitted when a prohibited burning period is in place in the Shire. Outside of this period fires will be permitted dependant upon weather conditions. If you would like a site with a campfire please ask our staff and we will endeavor to fulfill your request. Both our BBQ areas have a communal campfire ring for your use. Wood can not be collected from within the national park however we do offer it for sale at the shop.

Have a wonderful stay.
